• The difference between stage and film acting
•The idiom of film storytelling
• How that idiom translates into what is expected of an actor in film and video
• What that implies about the abilities that a film actor must have, and
• How does one train to develop those abilities

• Addressing new aspects of the idiom of film acting
• Training exercises for all enrollees in the seminar
• Improvisations and short scenes with volunteers
